Terms & Conditions
I charge £45 per session.
Concessions are available and can be discussed at initial contact.

Sessions are usually at a fixed time, once per week and will generally last 50 minutes. Where possible I will try and accommodate changes in time or days as needed.  Although there is a waiting room at The Octagon I would ask that you arrive as close to your appointment time as possible.

All children & young people must be accompanied by an adult who should remain in the building, but not in the therapy room unless by prior agreement, for the duration of the counselling session.

No food or hot drinks are permitted in the counselling rooms. Chilled water will be provided.

Payment – Payment is usually by electronic transfer or by cash immediately before or after a session. It is possible under special prior arrangement for me to email you or the payee an invoice each month with my bank details. I ask that invoices are settled within a week of receipt.

Cancellations – If you are unable to attend a session please let me know the week before. If it is possible, to re-schedule the session for a time that is convenient for both of us, I will endeavour to do so. If not, the fee for the missed session is payable. If I have to take an unscheduled break you will not be charged.

Ethical Framework – I abide by the code of ethics of the BACP.
